1. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if explicitly mentioned on the product page or agreed upon before purchase.
Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted
3. Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
We may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
The decision will depend on product availability and nature of the issue
Minor variations in color, weight, polish, or design due to manufacturing or photography are not considered defects.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before processing or manufacturing begins
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
6. Shipping & Return Costs
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
We are not responsible for loss or damage of products during return transit
7. Final Decision
All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Himachal Arts. The company’s decision shall be final and binding.
